We’ll send you a price quote and your trade-in number.
Label & Mail Your Trade-In
Print the address label we give you after you fill out the form. This is important! We need this label to know the package is yours.
Take your package to a shipping store and pay for shipping. You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself.
Redeem Your Code
After we receive your trade-in, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Once we verify your trade-in, we’ll email you a discount code.
Code is only valid on PATHFINDER2, PATHFINDER2 MINI, or PATHFINDER2 MINI COMPASS sets.
One time purchase only. May not be used on other systems.

What systems are you taking?
o Full set of PATHFINDER1, PATHFINDER1 MINI, PATHFINDER1 SE
o Full set of Garmin ALPHA100, ALPHA 10, ASTRO 900, PRO 550 PLUS, ALPHA 200
Full set= (1) Connector/Handheld (1) Receiver Collar. Do not send additional collars or connectors. Only send in a Full Set at a time if you want credit for additional qualifying sets.
What if the brand or system I have is not listed?
Only the GPS collars listed on our website qualify for trade-in credit. If you send other items, they won’t get credit and we can’t return them.
How soon will I get my discount code?
After we receive your trade-in, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Once we verify your trade-in, we’ll email you a discount code.
What can I buy with the discount code?
This discount code will only work on PATHFINDER2 ,PATHFINDER2 MINI, and PATHFINDER2 MINI Compass. Only the full sets not applicable towards additional receivers.
Can I get extra discounts if I send you more receivers?
Do not send items that aren’t on our list. We can’t give credit for these and won’t send them back.
Can I send in multiple systems at once?
If you have multiple sets that qualify please fill out a form for each.
Do I have to fill out the form or can I just mail in my system?
Yes, you must fill out the form and print the label. Any packages received with no label or identification will be discarded with no credit issued.
Why am I getting a different discount amount than the estimate?
If what you send doesn’t match what you listed on your form, we’ll change your credit amount. Remember, we cannot return any items you send to us.
Do I have to fill out the form or can I just mail in my system?
I lost the address label. How do I get another?
What if I change my mind after I send the trade-in?
Be completely sure you want to trade in your system before sending it. We cannot send it back if you change your mind.
Can I combine discount codes?
No, you can not combine your trade-in code with other discount code offers. The system will only take in one code at a time.
Can I use the code anywhere?
The code provided will only work on www.mydogsync.com.
